I am an Ex Professional who played 280 League Games for Crystal Palace, Brentford, Oxford and Bristol Rovers before playing another 300 in Non League with Stevenage, AFC Wimbledon, Ebbsfleet, Welling and Cray Wanderers. Also represented Republic of Ireland at both U’21 and B levels.

I am passionate about working with and developing young players from a diverse range of backgrounds and take a Holistic approach in doing so.
I want to make them better people on and off the pitch from when they start to when they leave us.
I have been working with Crystal Palace Academy for the last 5 seasons coaching different age groups alongside my work with Football & Education schemes.

Key Stage 1 and 2 Sports – football, cricket, hockey, basketball, netball, athletics and tag rugby I’ve been consistently sports coaching at Primary level for over 10 years and enjoy the process of planning and delivery. I use a ‘player centred’ approach to my work and particularly enjoy looking at the motivation of play and group cohesion.

Playing experience

I also have playing experiences with the Crystal Palace Foundation Academy. I spent two seasons here and worked with FCA coaches Rob Quinn, Keith Levett, and Tutu Henriques. Here I played alongside many talented players, some of whom are well up the non-league ladder, and are knocking on the door for a professional contract!

Coaching experience

I have coached for the Crystal Palace Foundation for a year and a half, as well as also working as a coach and Social Media Manager at K4S Academies.
